妻がauから楽天モバイル
へ乗り換えたので、
元ケータイショップ店員の妻の知識を交えつつ、その時の体験を基に気をつけることとその解決策をお伝えします！
ちなみに乗り換えたことでスマホ代が4分の１ほどになったので、かなり安くなってビビってます。
スマホ代が高いという人は検討した方がいいと思います。

元ショップ店員が教えるauから楽天モバイルへ乗り換時の注意点３つ
まず、auから楽天モバイルへの乗り換え時に気をつけるべきことを3つ紹介します。
今回は意外に忘れがちなau側のサービスや設定についてもお話します。
①auのメールアドレスが消える
解決策：フリーアドレスを作ろう。大切なメールは保管できます。
②auでのバックアップデータが消える
解決策：クラウドやSDカードでバックアップを取ろう
③au側での解約金の確認は忘れずに
解決策：ショップやお客様センターで確認しよう
それぞれ詳しく見ていきましょう！
auのメールアドレスが消える
auのメールアドレスとは「@ezweb.ne.jp」のキャリアメールのことです。
これはauと契約したから割り当てられたメールアドレスなので、auを解約して楽天モバイルに乗り換えたら使えなくなります。
（ちなみに、楽天モバイルでは専用のアドレスの付与はありません）
もし万が一キャリアメール以外のアドレスを持っていない方がいたら、GmailやYahoo!メールなどのフリーメールアドレスを作ることをオススメします。
そうじゃないと楽天モバイルに乗り換えた後、スマホで使えるメールアドレスがなくなってしまいますからね；；
GmailやYahoo!メールだったら使っている方はかなり多いんじゃないかなと思うので、持ってない方は周りの人に聞いてみると良いと思います！

auでのバックアップデータが消える
auでは「データお預かり」というサービスがあります。
これはauが管理するクラウド上に電話帳、写真、動画などを預けておけるバックアップサービスです。
もちろんこれも、解約して楽天モバイルに乗り換えると使えなくなります。
理由を分かりやすく説明すると、auを使っている人には、全員に「au ID」というIDが自動的に付与されます。
そして、「データお預かり」の中のデータはそのau IDと紐づいて保管されています。
でもこのIDはauを解約するとなくなってしまうため、預けたデータも消えてしまうと言うわけです。
データお預かりでバックアップをしていた方は、
楽天モバイルに乗り換え手続きをする前に、その他の手段でバックアップを取りましょう。
オススメは、
iPhoneの人
iCloudか、PCに繋いでiTunesへ。
家にPCがなくて iCloudの容量もパンパンになっちゃうよ！！と言う方は写真だけGoogleフォトへ。
※GoogleフォトはGoogleアカウントがあれば誰でも使えます。
Androidの人
写真はGoogleフォトかSDカードへ。
電話帳はGoogleアカウントと紐づけるかSDカードへ。

楽天モバイルに乗り換えたからと言ってその瞬間にスマホの中身が消える訳ではないですが、もしもの時の為にバックアップは必ず取っておくことをオススメします！
バックアップの操作に関しては、auショップに行けば教えてくれます！
ただしスマホごと渡して「バックアップしといて〜」はマナー違反なので絶対NG！
ショップ店員さん的にもコンプライアンス違反になるので、お客さんのスマホを直接操作しちゃいけないことになってます！
au側での解約金の確認は忘れずに
今でこそ解約金が安いプランが出たりしていますが、昔のプランのまま変更していない人は解約金が1万円ほど取られてしまうケースがあります。
楽天モバイルに乗り換える前に、しっかり解約金を確認しましょう。
私は新しいプランに変えることで解約金を1000円ほどに抑えることができました。
ただ、プラン変更をお願いしても実際にそのプランが適応になるのは翌月です。
乗り換えのタイミングで実は解約金が高かった、なんてことのないよう、乗り換え予定の前の月までに確認しておくようにしましょう。

ここからは、きになる人がいそうだなーという項目についてお話しします。
auで使っていたキャリアメールは保管できるの？
@ezweb.ne.jp宛に届いたキャリアメールは、iPhoneでメールアプリにフリーメールの設定をしていれば、そちらに移すことが可能です。
注意しなくてはいけないのは、解約した（楽天モバイル側で乗り換えのオーダーが入った）瞬間にキャリアメールはサーバーに繋がらなくなり、読み込めなくなります。
残したいメールは乗り換え手続きの前に必ず違うメールに転送するなどして避難させるようにしましょう。
楽天モバイルへの乗り換え時にLINEの引き継ぎは必要？
私が乗り換えた時は、auで使っていた機種のSIMロックを解除してそのまま楽天モバイルへ移行したので、LINEはそのまま使えました。
機種が変わるという方は、引き継ぎの必要があります。
iPhoneを利用している方はクラウドやiTunesにバックアップを取ることで引き継ぎができますが、
それでも念のためLINEのアプリ側での引継ぎ設定も行った方が安心です。
楽天モバイルへ乗り換えたらスマホの中身はどうなる？
私が乗り換えた時は、中身は何も変わらずそのまま残りました。
同じ機種をそのまま使う場合は、基本的にはそのまま残ると思います。
乗り換えを行ったからといってアプリなどの中身に変化があるわけではありません。
ただ乗り換えの際にお店の方にバックアップはした方が良いと言われたので、バックアップは取っておいた方がいいみたいです！
とにかく何が起こるかわからないので、大切なデータは万が一に備えてバックアップしておきましょう。
※データに関しては本当に自己責任になってくるので、自分のスマホのデータは自分で守りましょう！
