二人でお出かけした時は３回中2回はラーメンを食べます。
でも最近、新型コロナウィルスのこともあって外食の機会がめっきり減って、遠くに遊びに行く機会もなくなりつつあります・・・
それでもラーメンは食べたい！！
旅行に行って普段は行けないお店のラーメンを
食べたりしたい！！！
そんな風に思っていた時、お取り寄せできるラーメンがあると知り通販で購入しました。
今までお家じゃ味わえなかったラーメンで、すごく美味しかったので、そのお店のラーメンを紹介します。
お店のラーメンを通販でお取り寄せしてみた
今回お取り寄せしたのは静岡県にある「ラーメンろたす」さんの
「お得なお試しセット（煮干ラーメン1食&正油クラシック&豚そば1食）」
味の違う3種類のラーメンが入ったセットです。
開封するとなんとメッセージカードが入っていました。食べる前からほっこりします。
中身はこんな感じ。
麺もスープも冷凍です。スープの中には具材も入っていて、本当にお店のラーメンそのままがお家で味わえます！
初めてラーメンをお取り寄せしたのですが、本当にお家で手軽にそのままを味わえることに感動しました。
ちなみにラーメンろたすの店主のge-c（ゲイシー）さんは、YouTubeで仕込みの様子やラーメンの作り方などを発信されています。
今回ろたすさんのラーメンを購入してみようと思ったのも、旦那さんがYouTubeで動画を観たのがきっかけです。
ラーメン屋さんの仕込みは本当に手間と時間がかかるんですね。。
その苦労のおかげて美味しいラーメンが食べれるんだなぁ。

【超簡単に店の味】お家でお取り寄せラーメンを作ってみた
実際に作ってみると超簡単。
時間通りに茹で、スープを温めてどんぶりに盛り付けるだけです。
麺の硬さの好みはあるかもしれませんが、
書いてある通りに茹でるのが一番美味しく食べられるはずなのできっちり時間通りに茹でます。
スープは袋ごとお湯につけて温めます。
スープの袋がお鍋の淵に付くと、熱で袋が溶けて破け、中身のスープが流出してしまうので要注意。
それさえ気をつければお湯に浸けて温まるのを待つだけです。
麺が茹で上がったらスープを一緒に盛り付けて完成。
具材も全てスープの中に入っているので、すごく簡単にできました！
【ラーメン屋さんの味！】お取り寄せラーメンを食べた感想
さて、いよいよ実食。こちらは「豚そば」です。
メンマ、ナルト、チャーシューは元々入っていた物。ネギと卵は自分たちで用意しました。
本当はもやしやキャベツを炒めて乗せたかったのですが、この時はたまたま家になく、買うのを忘れていたのかな…？（ツメが甘い）
とにかく、背脂トンコツの二郎系が好きな私にとってテンション上がる一杯です。
スープはしっかりトンコツの出汁が出ていて個人的に「コレコレ！」という感じのストライクなお味！
麺は太麺で噛みごたえがあり、スープに負けないもっちり食感でした。
やはり背脂トンコツにはこの麺がベストマッチ。
メンマもナルトもチャーシューも、しっかり味が染み込んでいてどこを食べても美味しい一杯でした！
しっかり満腹になる量で、自宅でこれを楽しめるなんて大満足でしたね。
今度ぜひ実店舗に足を運んでお店でも食べたいですねぇ〜！！

袋麺やスーパーのラーメンも好きですが、お取り寄せラーメンは本格的なお店の味がそのまま家で楽しめるところが魅力的ですね！
そのお店に行かなくちゃ味わえない一品を楽しむことが出来ます。
今回お取り寄せしたラーメンろたすさんのラーメンは、麺やスープの袋詰めも丁寧で、同梱の作り方が書いてあるチラシも分かりやすく、気配りが嬉しかったです。
ろたすさんのホームページを見ても分かりますが、ラーメンが大好きな店主さんなんだなぁと感じます。
お取り寄せ一発目がろたすさんでよかったと思っています！
実はろたすさんのラーメンを頼んだ後「お取り寄せラーメンてこんなに楽しめるのか！」と気づいて別のお店のラーメンもお取り寄せしてみました。
