NIPLUXショルダーリラックスとは、「肩専用EMS機器」。
微量の電気によって、普段はあまり動かさない筋肉の奥深くまで刺激し肩の緊張を和らげます。

EMSで肩こりにアプローチ【NIPLUXショルダーリラックス】使ってみた感想・レビュー
実際に使ってみると、電気で肩の筋肉が動くのがよく分かります。
電気は1から10まで強さの段階を選べるので、自分の一番好みの強さにして使うことができます。
レベル1だと本当に少し電気が流れているな、という感じですが、刺激を強くすると整体の電気治療の時のように筋肉がピクピク動くのを感じます。
使ってみた感じだと、レベル1〜2位がちょうど良かったです。
パッドを当てている部分もじんわりあったかくなるのが気持ちがいいです。
使い終わった後は、肩はもちろんですが首も軽くなった感覚でした。

NIPLUXショルダーリラックスは充電式で、コードレスで使用できます。
150分の充電で満タンになり、動作時間は90分。
本体を首の前にかけて使用するのですが、105ｇと軽くて負担にならない所がいいですね。
起動の電源ボタンは本体に、また、電気の強弱、モード切り替え、加熱切り替えは付属のリモコンで操作することができます。
コード付きのマッサージ機を使っている方は、好きな場所で使えるコードレスはかなり便利になると思います。
本体もコンパクトなので、収納もラクにできそうですしね。
カバンに入れて持ち歩けるので、長時間運転するときなどにも使えるところはありがたいと感じました！

NIPLUXショルダーリラックスは、首の前側に本体をかけて、金属の部分が肩に当たるように固定して使います。
本体の金属部分を濡らしたタオルで湿らせて下さい。こうすることで電気が伝わりやすくなっています。

金属のパッドの部分は接触自動感知で、肌から離れると自動で電気が止まるようになっていて安心ですね。
また、15分で自動で止まるようになっているので、うっかりやりすぎてしまうことも防げます。
サイズはMとLの2種類ありますが、我が家はMサイズを購入しました。

今回購入した「NIPLUXショルダーリラックス」。
個人的には「効果はある」と感じました。
軽くてコードレスで電気で筋肉の深部にアプローチしてくれる優れものです。
今までのマッサージ機にすごく不満はがあったわけではないのですが、やはりそれなりに重くてコード付きなので、やりたい時に手軽に出来ないのが少し不満ではありました。
「NIPLUXショルダーリラックス」にしたことでその不満が両方とも解消された点はすごくよかったです。
寝る前の布団の上でも使えますしね。
