我が家で一押しのコープデリの冷凍餃子がこちら。
ヨコミゾの香港ギョーザ（30個入り） 税抜498円
全部焼いたら、夫婦二人なら一人15個も食べれます。常日頃から餃子の食べ放題に行きたいと思っている私も大満足。
鍋やスープの具として煮て食べても、ニンニクが効いてて美味しいです。
でもやっぱり焼いて食べるのが一番。パリパリの皮とジューシーさがたまりません。
ラーメン屋さんでラーメンと一緒に出せるレベルで美味しいです。（個人的感想）
今日はがっつり食べたい！って時に、この餃子を作りたくなります。
あとは時間がない時も、フライパンの上に並べて焼くだけなので超助かります。
楽チンなのに大満足。しかもこの美味さで30個入り498円。その点も素晴らしい。
ヨコミゾの香港ギョーザの作り方
作り方も超簡単なのがヨコミゾの香港ギョーザの素晴らしいところ。
袋の後ろにちゃんと作り方も書いてあります。
今回は、我が家での作り方も紹介します。（調理担当：旦那／撮影：妻）
まず、80ccほどの水に薄力粉を大さじ1杯溶かします。
熱したフライパンにヨコミゾの香港ギョーザを並べ、そこに薄力粉を溶いた水を回しかけます。
蓋をして中火で約5分熱したら、蓋を取って水分が飛ぶまでさらに焼きます。
最初にかけた薄力粉の水の水分が飛んで、キツネ色になってきたら完成！良い感じのハネになります。
これだけです！めっちゃ簡単。
丸く並べて綺麗に出来るとテンション上がります。
所要時間も短く、まな板や包丁も使わずフライパン一つで出来るので、超楽チン。
でもしっかりおかずになるのがありがたいところです。
